Technopreneurship but first I will discuss how tecnopreneurship takes place.

Entrepreneur is a people who
enter into new and pioneering ventures was involves having the guts
to do what you believe is right, thinking out of the box and making business
out of it.

is an entrepreneur who is technology savvy, creative,
innovative,
dynamic,
dares to be different and
take the unexplored
path, and very passionate about their work.
They take challenges and strive to lead their life with greater success. They don't fear to fail.
They take failure as a learning experience, a stimulator to look things differently
and stride for next challenge. Technopreneurs continuously go through an
organic process of continual improvement and always try to redefine the dynamic
digital economy

an entrepreneur in the field of technology? Technopreneurship is being an
entrepreneur by using existing technologies and suiting it to a new
application, inventing or developing a new product.

Are not born, but made.
Is most often not a one man team. He works with

Understand the value of resources and where to
find them
Does not aim to stand out but to address a
solution for a common good.
Moving
further when talking about Technopreneurship, for some people, it is not a product but a process of
synthesis in engineering the future of a person, an organization, a nation and
the world but according to our lessons,Technopreneurship is
entrepreneurship in the field of technology. This means that the people that
are in technopreneurship use existing
technologies or invent and develop a new product. Examples of these are High tech
ventures in ICT, electronics, internet, life sciences and biotech. This are innovations that
are not confined to tangible products but also include services and processes
like that of banks, airlines, shipping lines, telecommunications, hospitals,
agencies and other establishments.
Importance
of Tecnopreneurship
Ø Employment
Creation - entrepreneurs create employment
for themselves and other people. They are employers, and hence assist in
solving the unemployment problem in the country. For me, when someone starts a
new venture, there are opportunities that are opened not just for the entrepreneur
but also to other people who looks for a job.
Ø
Local
Resources - used by entrepreneurs causes
increase in value of these resources. I see an example of these local
resources, just like that of raw materials or ingredients in a certain product.
Ø
Decentralization
and diversification of business - is defined in its importance as Entrepreneurs are
able to identify business opportunities and locate these businesses in suitable
areas, including rural areas. Thus, in my own opinion, if entrepreneurs or
technopreneurs will locate a certain business with a right product in a
suitable area, then, the business can really help in meeting the needs of the
residents there.

Promotion
of Technology - is being creative then using of
technology is being utilized and because of the growing needs of the business,
technology needs to be developed leading to new inventions and innovations.

Capital
formation - increases capital formation and investment. Thus, for me, when one increases income and can gain for a
new investment, then, the business will grow and grow and will benefit the
owner and its workers in a business.

Promotion
of an entrepreneurial culture -
it is by projecting successful images.
In our class our instructor discuss a
course model called SEED means S – Self Mastery, E – Environment Mastery, E –
Enterprise Mastery and D – Development of Business Plan.
We had learned that one can develop self
– mastery first is to know yourself, because self – mastery brings passion. When
you know yourself, you know what you want
and do not want. Also, a self – mastered person does not need high IQ,
does need high EQ and AQ. A self –
mastered person is a performer, epicure and boss. Environment
Mastery is about generating business ideas and seeking opportunities out
from his or her environment through,
serendipity walks, crisis, trends and others. Also a self – mastered person
understand the industry he / she is in, sees the opportunities, not the
problems, is on top of the situation instead of being under the situation, is
the organization/industry innovator and strategist. Enterprise Mastery is know
how to run a business it pertains to the knowledge of the different enterprise disciplines such as , Creating
business, Marketing Management, Operations Management, Financial Management,
Risk Management an enterprise mastered person
can understand and integrates the functions of management(planning,
organizing, directing, and controlling).
He / She also lead and inspire rather than manage. We learned also the steps
how to develop a business plan first,
writing the business plan, presenting and defending the business plan, lastly adding
refinements to the presented business plan.
We had also learned how an Entrepreneur
makes a Technopreneur. First is A technology idea owner who ventures to make
his idea a commercial reality, An Entrepreneur who gets a technology idea, find
an opportunity to make commercial reality.
In my own conclusion to be an pioneering
in a field of technology one should be think out of the box, one should think
about innovations because Logic answer why and creativity answers why not.
